The homes on the Parade tours represent more than $126 million in cumulative home value. The product ranges from a 1,458-square-foot townhouse in Renaissance Park in Raleigh priced at $175,000 to a 4,415-square foot estate in Country Club Hills in Raleigh that’s priced at $1.48 million. All of the homes will be open for free tours during this weekend Oct. 10-12 and next weekend Oct. 17-19.
